Live again
Little things don't seem to mean so much,
life is what it is, a lot to touch.
You find love, it holds your hand,
short time later it flies away, don't understand!
The kisses which where so deep and true,
after time they missed their mark, if I only knew.
Smile so bright, the darkened night it would shine,
now a down turned frown, has become mine!
Words of love which made my heart to soar,
have fallen to earth and walks through saddened door.
Arms of comfort which held me close,
are not here when I need them most!
That hand which stroked my saddened brow,
now pushes away my love, it does not allow!
The feet of presence which walked to my tune,
have walked to distant shores, oh my it is so soon!
Words of love which were promised me,
became wisps of lies, as wind through forest tree.
It all came to a saddened end,
when the call from the dark "he" did send.
I now leave this earth to rest in earth so deep,
for a short time, my broken heart, will now sleep!
